We do church every Sunday at Lennox Head Cultural Centre (1 Mackney Ln, Lennox Head). We kick off at 10am but feel free to come from 9:30 for coffee and a snack.
It's lennox head! Shoes are optional. Dress casual like you would at the shops. Talk like you would at home. We really want you to forget what other people think and simply engage with God's word in the Bible.
There's plenty of parking along Park Ln, if that's full (there's probs a surf comp on) then head round the back of the cultural centre for more parking spots.
As you walk into the foyer of the cultural centre, there will be some friendly faces at the door who will warmly welcome you in. There's usually time to grab a coffee and a snack before the service starts.
At about 10am someone will let us know to head into the auditorium. Feel free to sit anywhere you feel comfortable. There's no assigned seating.
During the service we'll do some singing, read the Bible, pray, hear stories from people of how Jesus has changed their lives. Feel free to join in with as much or as little of this - you're welcome to just sit and watch if you like. This part goes for a touch over an hour. After the service we'll have lunch together and might go for a swim at the beach or Lake Ainsworth.
Yep! We're a church of locals from all ages. Each week we run an awesome kids program for kids aged 0 to year 6, and teenagers join the rest of us during the service. Your kids will play fun games, sing songs, and look at the bible in ways they can understand.
